As an artist I am concerned with the questions “How do past events influence our contemporary living environment?” and “What changes in us over the years and how?”.
For the past two years I have been working on the painting series Crossing the life. This is a series of a biographical nature, in which I compare the lives of my predecessors with my own. Each painting is not just a story, but in a way it is a self-portrait, part of me.
