By performing in streets for everyone, collective paintings, managing art events in his house he strives to represent connection as the very basis of identity.

Platform LivingRoom - With +4 years and +20 events in our house, we have had a great run with Platform LivingRoom. In the past 4 years we had the honour of working with +40 artists and hosting +400 people at where we actually lived, cooked and ate together with the artists. We provided shelter, a working space and a humble support (Financial or physical/ intellectual, or sometimes just a bread and drink) which we are very proud of. It helped us -organizers and curators of the platform- to grow as people, learn from each artist and improve our compassion skills. We hosted residencies, performance nights, music nights, reading clubs, solo exhibitions, duo exhibitions, book launch, presentation and even a meditation session in the time of crisis. Our main pillar was to shrink the space between living and art, and furthermore to support young artists with less exhibition experience. This summer will be the last summer in which we host in our current space (Bospolderplein) and we look forward to what future will bring us! Thanks to all artists, visitors, Gemeente Rotterdam, CBK Rotterdam and whoever that generously supported us in any shape or form. We are truly appreciative to all your supports. Turtle walk - “When we live a high speed life, we have no time to recognize we are out of balance.” -Random philosopher told me in a gallery. I forgot his name, sorry. “Turtle Walk” is a performance-based video that is happening in Rotterdam city. The performance is a challenging situation in which I am hugging a plant and keeping it close to my chest, using my right to walk on the crosswalk, and take steps as slow as a turtle. By this performance, by crossing the street very slowly, I extend a process that is supposed to happen quickly and force myself and the drivers to deal with the extreme slowness. It is a practice to keep my calm even when everyone is pressing to do it faster. It is also a very gentle desire to ask drivers to keep their cool and not push the gas pedal to let me continue my ordinary life.
Eye 0 touch - Eye 0 touch is an endeavor to have a nonverbal communication, intensely through the sense of touch. This performance contained three chapters and each chapter lasted 21 minutes. First, meditating on each other’s eyes, without a single word. Second, meditating together to feel each other’s presence and lastly talking by hands, with our eyes closed.
Circles - Interconnection not only includes Cosmos and cells but also embraces humans' behavior. Our identities and existence are simply formed by all we experience. And it is always in a connection with a second party. “Circles” is a try-out to depict and practice interconnection in various art formats. Performance, painting, and immersive light art form this exhibition.
