Through my work I mean to achieve change.
As fascinating as our self destructive path into the Anthropocene is, I also see a lot of space for experiment and improvement. Everyday we are part of creating a complex system that aims to guarantee our survival. This is the interplay between (un)desirable behavior and technological developments. Over time, this grew into a global web of relations between and within societies and industries. There are multiple futures that reflect the co-evolution of this partnership and the ecological boundaries that invisibly define it. I see a clear representation of this in the current food system and my work often resolves around it.
