Annelotte Vos is a visual artist with many interests and talents. She has a trained eye for creating beauty. For her art is a way to deal with and understand herself and the world around her. In the past, she designed fashion collections and made artworks that were printed on textile. In 2015 she started her jewelry brand SOTINE which got known internationally. Her first assignment was to design 1000 necklaces for the National Committee to celebrate 70 years of freedom. She was able to hand in the necklace to the royal couple of the Netherlands. Currently, she is investigating the social aspect of making arts and how to bring people together by creating art and making them more aware of their creative abilities. One of the projects she recently worked on was "De Etalage in Schiedam. A social project to bring people together that suffer from mental issues and to help them recover by making art together.

De Etalage
Van 16 Oktober t/ 11 December heb ik meegewerkt aan een project genaamd De Etalage, waar we met elkaar via tekeningen de dialoog aangingen. Een leuke en speelse manier om elkaar te leren kennen en wat er in elkaar omgaat. Tijdens dit project heb ik levensgrote objecten genaaid van wollen dekens die we bevestigd hebben aan een carroucel. Alle objecten hadden iets te maken met vertedering. Een spekje voor zoethied, een beer als knuffelbeer, een vogel voor vrijheid en zo nog een aantal objecten.
