Anni Nöps is an interdisciplinary artist and electronic composer. The core of her work is aimed at sensing, perception and creating subtle, sensitive experiences. She work across various mediums
revolving around sound - spatial sound installation, participative performance, fixed media composition, video, experimental and conceptual composition.

She has performed and presented her sonic works at arebyte gallery (London), Sonic Acts Festival (Amsterdam), Institute for Computer Music and Sound Technology (Zürich), iMAL (Brussels), Rewire Festival (the Hague), FIBER Festival (Amsterdam), Klankvorm (Rotterdam), and has collaborated with contemporary choreographers at ICK/Veem Theater (Amsterdam) and Stuttgart Ballet (Germany).

Spatial sound performance at Stedelijk Museum Schiedam (2024) - 22-channel spatial sound performance at Stedelijk Museum Schiedam which took place inside the collaborative sound installation by Casimir Geelhoed and myself, in the frames of exhibition Ekstasis curated by Sanneke Huisman and Nick Verstand.
2nd Fall. Fixed media composition on rotating speakers (2023) - Fixed media composition on rotating speakers (2023) presented at de Doelen Concert Hall, Rotterdam. In collaboration with Klankvorm collective and their Kinetic Sounds rotating speaker system.
Borderlands (2023) - Spatial sound installation at Stedelijk Museum Schiedam, exhibition Ekstasis, curated by Sanneke Huisman and Nick Verstand. In collaboration with Casimir Geelhoed. The spatial sonic landscape oscillates between real and fictitious, creating an environment that is continuously in-between, in progress and in flux, establishing an aural space at the edge of perception. In Bloom - In Bloom is a video installation contemplating on perceiving gradual ongoing process in ecology through visceral embodied research. 2021. 9'' video, 4-channel sound, pool.

Body Drift (2022) - Soundscape-mix for Mami Kang's contemporary dance choreography Body Drift, presented at Veem Theater Amsterdam, Nederlandse Dansdagen Maastricht and more. With the performance Body Drift, choreographer Mami Kang intends to create a state of constant morphing. With dream-like fragments, voice, sound and movement, the work imagines dance as something that transcends human exceptionalism and brings an altered vibrancy. Workshop, residency and presentation at Stone Nest, London (2023) - In the frames of spatial sound workshop in London, I co-presented a collaborative spatial sound work created during the workshop-residency.
Sensing the Place (2018) - Collaborative sound work exploring the interaction between sound and space. With Catherine Ostraya. Presented at group exhibition in the frames of Sonic Acts Biennial, Amsterdam.
