I´ma visual artist and designer from Bogotá currently based in Rotterdam. My work explores printed matter and digital publishing possibilities to expand narratives, propose questions and speculate answers.

Attempting Diffraction - Master print for the workshop. Find out more: https://project.xpub.nl/attempting-diffraction/
DIFFRACTIVE REFLECTION (2021) - Small self-published publication about diffractive and reflective thinking. Printed in RISO using gold, gray, and orange fluo.
STARING AT THE SUN (2017) - Staring at the sun is a book project about gaze, sun, power and contemplation.
ENCUENTRO (2018) - Encuentro (encounter) is a publication that seeks, rather than communicates an objective story, to propose several readings about the graphic information printed on paper. It does so by exploring three channels or levels of communication: Syntactic, Semantic and Pragmatic. The book uses as resources: organic forms that are related, different dimensions of language, paper inserts, and a text that suggests poetic and conceptual connections between all the elements of the book. (Cover: Screenprint 2 inks. Body: Risograph, 4 ins. 32 p. / 50 copies. Papel cougar 120g)
SPACE BETWEEN PARTICLES (2019) - Space between particles is an installation that proposes a dialogue between organic forms, natural elements and geometric constructions seeking to reflect —using as metaphors the ideas of particle and network— on the relationship of beings in their environment.
GLORY DESIRE (2018) - Glory desire is a collective project that, for a full month, aimed to activate the exhibition space “El Chino Bogotáno” with a temporary installation and public activities that reflected on the idea of Glory. As a team of six artists from Bogotá, we de- signed a schedule that guided the actions during each week: The Wait, the Word, the Moment and the Post-Glory.
NATURAL CONVERGENCE, VEGETAL COMMUNITIES WORKSHOP (2017) - Natural Convergence: Vegetal Communities Workshop is a project that aims, using plants as a metaphor, to propose reflections on the relationship between human beings. Starting from the study of Allelopathy, Permaculture and System Thinking, the project creates an experiential drawing and reflection workshop called Vegetable Communities that proposes to build questions by associating the type of relationship that both plant organisms and human beings can be related. Allelopathy and Permaculture concepts show how plants interact with each other, and System Thinking guides the complex interrelation between humans and plants. The proposal, additionally, includes an installation where own reflections, such as drawings and plants pot, converge with reflections produced in the workshop, offering new plastic and spatial possibilities in terms of the relational concept; with the whole, the object, the viewer, the individual and the plants. A whole building from the project's transversal axis: Being in relation to another.
