Slow Readers + the Slow Reading Archive - As a part of my V2 Fellowship, I initiated a Slow Reading group which looked at AI and potentially reinforced biases. The Slow Readers met weekly from January through May 2021. Reading at a snail’s pace and experimenting with different forms of collective learning, traces were gathered into an online archive composed of notes, reading methodologies, glossaries, scraps of thoughts, and fieldnotes. While far from representing all of the group’s activities, the site captures snippets of our musings and activities. The Slow Readers were: Agathe Balayn, Sonia de Jager, Cristina Cochior, Sieta van Horck, Linda Wan Lee, Danae Tapia, Noemi Biro, Anna Laura, Michelle Teran and myself.
Slow Readers + the Slow Reading Archive - Slow Reading Methodologies + Approaches: For the duration of the project, reading methodologies and approaches were documented and enumerated in the archive.

The Warp and Weft of Memory - The Warp and Weft of Memory was a four-year-long body of research exploring the wardrobe of Gisèle d'Ailly van Waterschoot van der Gracht, a Dutch artist who once lived at Herengracht 401 in Amsterdam. Although she passed away in 2013 at the age of one hundred, traces of her figure could still be sensed through the shape and wear of her clothes. Spanning decades, the range of garments showed her fascination for travel, textiles, and design. Supported by the Mondriaan Foundation and the Creative Industry Fund, the project was multi-faceted. During the research process, I organised guest lectures examining the relationship between weaving, writing and narrative. There was also an exhibition and different publications. Finally, there is an online repository combining reflections about my encounter with her belongings, photos of her garments, images from Gisèle's own archive, and videos and illustrations. The interface was designed by Manufactura Independente with the MediaWiki Design made by André Castro and Cristina Cochior. The online archive can still be accessed at: http://warpweftmemory.net/#/foreword
The Warp and Weft of Memory: Folding - The video Folding was included in the online archive and in the exhibition.
The Warp and Weft of Memory - Epistolary: As a part of the online project, I corresponded with Frans-Willem Korsten, Kate Pullinger and Gisèle, although, of course, the latter would never receive my message. These letters touched on female identity, the process of ageing, literary circles, and unresolved or hidden histories.
The Warp and Weft of Memory - The publication included images from Gisèle's photographic archive, selected garments, illustrations by Cesare Davolio and excerpts of my writing.
