Balancing fragility with solidity, the work evokes an indefinite feeling of loss and an
atmosphere of nostalgia.
The intimate assemblages invite to close inspection and in their composition reveal
the poetic potential of discarded materials. Through the construction of found and
repurposed elements the work becomes a container for hidden memories creating a
quiet, mysterious narrative that remains intentionally intangible often evoking
absence.

The artist uses a variety of found materials as photographic fragments, wire mesh,
glass, fiber, wallpaper, wood and objets trouvés to create new remains.
These images marked by time are floating between documentation, figuration and
abstraction, creating a tension between exposure and protection. Always trying to
keep the traces of past sentiments which are inevitably slipping away.
