Strategic landscape artist based in Rotterdam.\r\nShe graduated from the The Master Interior Architecture (INSIDE) at the KABK, The Hague and from the Bachelor Landscape Architecture,Van Hall Larenstein,Velp. This combination gives her the focus on analysis and research, in which she creates a framework with freedom for creativity to be able to approach the landscape design question openly. She is a strategic player who develops strong concepts for landscape questions and objects where she brings people and knowledge together in the public domain. \r\n\r\nBesides her work as strategic landscape artist she works partime as landscape designer at the municipality of Rotterdam
Who Builds The City? - The Hidden Patterns of the Tamsui River
Exhibition:The Hidden Patterns of the Tamsui River is a collection of research from an outsider perspective, translated into an open and accessible format of a narrative mapping drawing of 4 meter. Workshops: The workshops aim to discover the Hidden Tamsui patterns, where facts and figures are shared directly in the field to shed light on the participants' experience on the topic and to develop a new perspective.
Badkuip Verhalen
The installation was inspired by the cigar shop’s old community telephone, as well as the neighbourhood’s public bathhouse. Before the bathroom became a ‘domestic’ part of the household, people used to go to the collective bathhouse. A place where spontaneous meetings took place between neighbours in the past. The bathtub offers the idea to give residents the chance to “pour in” what they want to say and to “be engulfed” by the words of others, all anonymously and spontaneously.
