The exhibition was the first tryout of hopefully more exhibitions surrounding the concept of ‘twin identity’ by Sharon and Maureen Vreeburg. It consisted of both videoworks and ink drawings that are the result of months of researching twinship and twin identity. The exhibition will tackle concepts of twin representation, stigmatization, tropes and psychological issues concerning twin identity, like enmeshment, fears and insecurities.
