For exhibition South studio, from 10 June to 30 September in Peach Rotterdam, artist Jake Caleb collaborated with four young people from Rotterdam South: Neva Erik, Hila Kot, Noa Sitton & Kunley Silvania. The group responded to an ad by Caleb seeking young people from the Charlois area who are interested in creating their own clothing line. Caleb was curious about how the attitude of a younger generation manifests itself in their clothing style.

Together they created a clothing line: Atelier van Zuid Spring Summer 2022, made entirely from second-hand clothing from family and friends. It provided the perfect basis for them to experiment with clothing design and techniques and a good learning curve for running their own label. The result can be seen in the exhibition where a series of photos of the garments will be shown. The opening will take place on June 10 from 19.00:22.00 to XNUMX:XNUMX.
