Logo use and name mention

For various reasons, it is important that your project is recognizable through the use of logo and name as a project that is supported and/or made possible by CBK Rotterdam:
It shows what CBK Rotterdam supports and makes possible and thus shows fellow artists after you the way to CBK Rotterdam.
It shows the public what is happening in the field of visual arts in which CBK Rotterdam is involved. In this way we hope to ultimately be able to offer an increasingly well-known and complete agenda for activities in the field of visual arts.
Sometimes it is just useful for us to recognize a project as supported or made possible by CBK Rotterdam.
CBK Rotterdam supports too much to mention and would like to be helped by recognisability.
We can then highlight these projects on our channels when we see them 'passing by'.
We finance art projects in Rotterdam with public money. We think it is important that we show a wide audience what can be achieved with that money.

Communication

In your communication you mention CBK Rotterdam. We would particularly appreciate it if you keep us informed of the public activities resulting from the project. We would also like to receive high-resolution images (royalty-free) for possible use in our communications. Even if the end result is not public, we would of course like to stay informed.
We can also include some things in our communications.

Conditions invoice

You can submit the invoice (pdf) via invoice@cbkrotterdam.nl with the following address as addressee: CBK Rotterdam, Eendrachtsstraat 10, 3012 XL Rotterdam, stating the allocation number at the top of the allocation letter. Because the award concerns a subsidy, no VAT is due.

I&V Report

Have you received an I&V grant? We expect a report upon completion of the project. This must be submitted to CBK Rotterdam via artoffice@cbkrotterdam.nl no later than six weeks after the date of delivery stated in the decision.

Terms & conditions

I&V Financial

After your I&V project has been completed, CBK Rotterdam must be able to determine whether you are actually entitled to the contribution awarded when the subsidy was granted. The final amount of the subsidy is determined on the basis of a final report in the form of a report. After the award, you send the first one invoice with 70% of the awarded amount. You may send the second invoice after completion of the project and approval of the final report, for 30% of the allocated amount.

Practice Contribution report

After the project, you must submit a project report (max. one A4), the number of visitors (approximately) and images (jpg or png) to artoffice@cbkrotterdam.nl within two weeks of the delivery date. Please state the application number. In the report you also state how many visitors the project has attracted (number or estimate).
