At the center of my practice is drawing. Fast, emotional and impulsive. My sketchbooks are messy and humorous, and act as a slightly absurd visual diary. Life is bubbling up around me and my practice acts as a way to pin down moments, feelings and stories that I might otherwise forget. I use it to make sense of grief, family dynamics, love, breakups, traveling and the feeling of existing in a female body. Aside from drawing I love to experiment and tell stories through different mediums, such as painting, ceramics, audio, video, metal and wood.

The performance included symbolic elements such as, a bread bed representing Indonesian slow living, eagle masks, and music crafted from making peanut sauce. The performance was timed to end at Iftar so the audience could break their fast and communally eat the bread with the peanut sauce. Here I bonded with the community and was taught the craft of mask making. Exhibited at JAF, Jatiwangi, during a residency, Ceramic, bread, wooden masks (2023)
