Catinca Tilea

artistic research - community - design - DIY

Catinca Tilea is an artist and designer who uses product and interior design, installations, research, retail strategy, and other creative expressions to look at social dilemmas. The driving force of her practice is that design can fulfill an educational role. That is also why Catinca Tilea sees her audience as (conscious) participants in the creative process. Topics that appeal to them include environmental issues, social cohesion and integration.
