- “Conversation Journal” is an ongoing, research-based project of performativity and urbanism. The title refers to the nature of duo collaboration between a landscape designer and an artistic researcher. In this stage, the duo aims to respond to social and cultural assignments which depict the quality of neglected layers within this imploding epicization of globalization in a one-century old urban project village.

- Location: Royal Academy of Arts in The Hague (KABK), The Hague
- "To Stage Camera Obscura" is a conclusion towards Chien's master studies, marks a metaphosis from a theater artist into visual art, which is in search for mutuality between Photography and Theatre. The work contains an inverted camera obscura wherein the performance took place, injecting streams of momentums through pinhole onto photographic paper. The result therefore resonates with the notion of impermanence and performativity.
