The vastness of the mudflats, wind and water to the horizon: The open field in front of you and infinitely flat land in the distance. It is this vastness that I want to show in my landscapes. In thin layers of oil paint I depict the delicate colors between land and water.
Nature is the basis of my work. Animals play an important role. The beauty of the postures and movement. The paintings are created from animal sketches, between dream and reality. They illustrate events from thoughts and show feelings.
