In my work as a visual artist, the search and longing for nature is a recurring theme. A longing that arises from nostalgia for everything that is disappearing. Through the act of drawing and painting I bring together what I see, the memory of nature and traces of human action.
Everything that grows and blooms, in gardens, forests, parks and between paving stones is a source of inspiration and fascination.
