The space in which I usually work is the outdoor space.
The beginning of an object is a sketch, usually made on location.
The choice of material is always subordinate to the object to be made. Work has been made in traditional sculptural materials such as steel, ceramics and wood. In addition, many ideas have been elaborated in etchings, screen prints and photos. Movable objects have also been made on location, which have been recorded on video.
The basis is sought from the sketch: a form, a visual language that remains when all other side issues disappear. Sometimes the created objects are put back on the spot itself, sometimes in a different place, which can cause alienation.
What I want is that if a person looks at the object, starts to view the space differently or more intensively, maybe even experiences it differently. The object and the environment are inextricably linked.
The essence is not that the viewer recognizes the origin of the object, but can give it their own interpretation.
