    • The album 'Human Traits' expresses this: the fusion of portrait photography and music – a collaboration between Kika Sprangers and photographer Karen van Gilst – illustrates a musical glimpse of portrayed characters. Kika writes about this in the liner notes: “If you dare to look someone straight in the eye, you get to know someone, right away. Then you look, as it were, into someone's character. This album is about that.”
