Kimberly Dias is an artist, curator and photographer who was born and raised in Rotterdam. Dias is of Cape Verdean descent and finds it important to represent people of color through her work. She also has a great fascination for subjects such as identity, women's rights, blackness in the Dutch context and migration.

Based on themes from the life story, they curate a program with contributions from national and international artists. Music, dance, spoken word, film, visual arts and more: it all comes up during TR Citizens.
