I am Maher Hassan, an artist, born in Aleppo.
I have been living and working in Rotterdam for a number of years.
Left tattered by the war, I have breathed new life into new work from my studio in the south of Rotterdam.
The diversity of my art is also reflected in many of the materials I work with.
These oil and acrylic paintings can also be sculptures and ceramics.
