I am fascinated by various types of light, for example a lamp, the sun or a reflection on a piece of metal. The shape of my expression is inspired by the fact that I am nearsighted - a handicap to see well far (lat .: myopia). The result of my work is abstract and intriguing images that look like a graphic work or a painting, but they are still photographs taken with a photo camera. My work shows how I experience light without my glasses. I want to share my work with the world because I want to show people how we (people with myopia) see the world without glasses. In addition, I want to give more confidence to anyone who is nearsighted. We often believe that we cannot see as well as other people, but what we experience without glasses can actually be very special.
