- For the 10th time in a row, the Mondriaan Fund organized the Prospects exhibition on the site of the Van Nelle Factory during Art Rotterdam. The exhibition showed the work of 19 starting artists from 22 to 2022 May 88. In 2020, all artists received a financial contribution from the Mondriaan Fund to start their career.

- With the growing urgency to recognize the global ecological crisis, spreading awareness of this issue is necessary. Only if we join forces can we address the global ecological crisis. How can we achieve this in a world where individualism is prominent? The films and video works shown at the event discuss the theme of the Commons and Commoning in a variety of ways to discuss possible paths to change. They vote from the need and desire to change social life and spark opinion.

- The Microfund Dinner is a microfunding initiative that provides an alternative funding system for creative projects. Guests are asked to make a small contribution (€8 min. suggested) in exchange for dinner and a ballot. During the dinner, guests become judges: three select individuals will pitch their creative project during the dinner and all guests will vote for a project.

- In Promised Land, five Americans contemplate the departure of the Pilgrim Fathers from Rotterdam four hundred years earlier. They left Delfshaven on the ship Mayflower at the time. Once they arrived in America, they were heavily dependent on the native population and ate the first Thanksgiving meal. But what is the role of the Pilgrims now and should these heroes of yesteryear still be honored?
