Sander Zweerts de Jong

Sander Zweerts de Jong was the artistic director of the interdisciplinary art collective sandersgeluk for many years. Sandersgeluk made projects on social themes such as happiness, frugality, climate and social exclusion in collaboration with artists, filmmakers, scientists, theater makers and choreographers and made projects for, among others, Dansateliers, LantarenVenster, Kosmopolis Rotterdam, the Wereldmuseum and in public places such as Delfland and Schouwen-Duiveland.
He is a visual artist, poet, theater maker and one of the initiators of Buitenplaats Brienenoord, a rehearsal space for the future on the Eiland van Brienenoord, where he is now active as an artist and program maker.
