- We are a collective of artists based in Chiang Mai. We use our body as a tool to create art. We all have different areas where we come from and our own artistic story. We choose to work in a group to share art in a social structure and to reach more people with performance art. In 2020, the Chiangmai Performance art group is starting to show Performance art in various settings to make the public more aware of this medium. We want to make people aware of the varieties of contemporary art in Thailand

- The recipe 'Brother' (also called 'John in the Bag'), is a bread dish, which is cooked in boiling water in a binding cloth. This dish was brought to various countries by VOC ships and more than 250 years later, derivative versions of Broeder can be found in Indonesia, Sri Lanka and India. The work consists of an installation with 3 different dinner places where the Brother is served differently during the performance, depending on the seat.

- Lonneke's background lies in the subculture(s) that have been created by squatting. Out of this culture, several things seemed to formulate all round the same time; such as free spaces, eateries, “giveaway” shops and various music and art styles. Through the Pirate Bay archive, Lonneke discovered the VHS, the dog biscuit factory (“Dog Cookies Factory”). This was a noise band that was linked to a building where all sorts of stories exist. Many of the properties of this subculture no longer exist

- In Vietnam I see a very strong and specific food culture. When you dine or have a cup of tea you sit on tiny stools. In the street ladies sell fruits and vegetables in big woven baskets or plastic boxes. The use of material is very different. Plastic and natural materials go hand in hand as tools to serve, sell, prepare and eat food. The new and the traditional materials create an interesting cultural twist. Is food prepared with plastic tools as authentic as food prepared with natural tools? Do

- Performance, 30 minutes. The performance, which lasts half an hour, involves counting from 1 to 1800 in Dutch, with each number linked to a specific action during the performance. Assigning an action to each number clarifies the meaning and feeling of a number. The choice of clothing and attributes in the performance serves as a symbolic tactic to reinforce the message. The white appearance symbolizes a ghost or ghost, like many stories in Thai
