“Art in culture is the cork on which people emerge”.
Assemblages is an art form in which Vera uses a combination of materials and works in an associative way in her visual language. She often works on a theme for a period, in her art projects. This involves a quest for the relationship between man and his created environment. Vera makes a lot of work in public space, such as painting electrical houses. She involves residents and interested parties in this.

Besides assemblages, she makes oil paintings. The play with space is sometimes interpreted literally by placing the paintings in the space in an installation by Sala Juana Frances.
A double reality arises and a game with our perception is a recurring fact.
The art movement Arte Povera fascinates her in particular, because in it the image and the language ('ansich') coincide into a whole. Can art be a reflection, show us?
