A free rebellious spirit that experiments with photography, collages, film and poetry. Unexpected associations give her work an almost baroque accent through which the pain of loss permeates. She uses a powerful formal language in which details sometimes evoke a poetic moment due to their hesitation. In addition to being a visual artist and teacher of visual arts and graphic design, she is also a counselor for young people. Together with other parties, she organized in 2008 the art festival “East West Burlesk” in Rotterdam and in 2014 she started shaping the Niffo Galerie/ Recycle studio. At the same time she writes poetry and short stories. Her free and associative spirit comes to the fore in her poems, it is exuberant work, averse to Dutch prudence. She leaves it to the reader to give her own interpretation to the worlds she evokes in linguistic images.
